Can you not afford meta3+ mods? Can you swap that SR for another meta4 LSE? Navy faction ammo for 10% more? A PDS rather than a RC?
The magnate can scan fine, but is at risk as it lacks the warping cloaked. Pack an mwd to mwd+cloak to get away from holes (if there's danger). Then when far away and aligned to where you want to go, decloak and warp. Make midwarp safespots and sit at them cloaked to scan, not at a planet.
I don't believe the mag & radar are easier than other/any plain anomolies in a given class. I also fear the arbi won't tank the spawns. Remember there's no scramblers though so you can alternate warping out and back while repping. (Try not to use the same/any planet as a place to bounce)
Anoms should be easier and thus faster to do, but you are safer in a mag/radar as long as you keep an eye out for dscan and don't do it in a hole that someone lives in and might have already bookmarked the sites, logged on in a cloaky buffer pvp ship, and crack your ships easy. |

My suggested LSE should give you the same regen rate plus more buffer, but it's hard to tell as you seem to have very low skills. Perhaps you could evemail someone a fresh limited api key, then once they've said they've imported you, change it again. I'd offer but don't have much c1 experience. They'll be able to see what you can fit and also which skills would be best to train next by seeing the time taken via Evemon. That or just link an eveboard skillsheet? Good news is with low skills most will be in the order of hours to improve rather than days/weeks. |

Arna Padrona, sorry, we're talking sleepers so you've very wrong about tanking, aggro and drones.
Also, from Mookie: "2. Wife drops probes to probe sigs, you warp to sun and use on board scanner to find anoms." Great way to die if someone's being patient and doesn't want to scan the hole you're on. If you must leave the safety of the 5km jump range of a highsec wormhole, you should be warping to a safespot your wife's made as she warps about, or to an anom that she can squadwarp you to and herself cancel if her ship can't tank it/at least doesn't want to be first to draw aggro. Don't go to celestials without reason. |
